1. Orders & Payments

* Currently, prepaid orders only are accepted.

* Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at present and may be introduced in the future on selected pin codes and subject to additional conditions.

* Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

* Own Choice Enterprise reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion in case of errors, suspicion, verification failure, or misuse of services.

2. Products

* Product images are for illustration purposes only.

* Minor variations in color, size, print, or design may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing differences and shall not be considered defects.

* Such variations are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

3. Shipping

* Delivery timelines provided are estimated and not guaranteed.

* Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

* Once the order is dispatched, responsibility lies with the courier partner.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

* Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

* Used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged products are strictly non-returnable.

* Approved refunds shall be credited only to the original payment method (bank account or registered UPI ID).

* Shipping, COD (if applicable in future), and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Cash on Delivery (Future Use)

* If COD is enabled in the future, it will be available only on selected pin codes and may require order confirmation.

* Refusal to accept COD orders, non-availability at delivery, or repeated misuse may result in permanent restriction or blocking of COD service for the user.

6. Fraud & Misuse

* Fake complaints, false damage claims, chargeback abuse, delivery refusal, or any attempt to misuse services shall be treated as fraudulent activity.

* Own Choice Enterprise reserves the right to block such users permanently and take legal action where necessary.

7. User Responsibility

* Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact details.

* We shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

* Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, shall be limited to the product value actually paid by the customer.

* We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.

9. Intellectual Property

* All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Own Choice Enterprise.

* Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

* These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

* All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
