* Currently, international shipping is not available.

⏱️ Order Processing & Dispatch Time
* Orders placed before 3:00 PM (IST) will be dispatched on the same day after 3:00 PM, subject to order confirmation and availability.
* Orders placed after 3:00 PM (IST) will be dispatched on the next working day.
* Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
* Processing time may be extended during Sundays, public holidays, festivals, sales, or special offers.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

* Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
* Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 working days
* Remote Areas: 6–10 working days
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed and may vary based on courier partner operations and location.

💰 Shipping Charges

* Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

📍 Order Tracking
* Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS.
* Orders can be tracked using the courier partner’s tracking link.

❌ Cash on Delivery (COD)
* Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
* Only prepaid orders are accepted at present.
* COD may be introduced in the future on selected pin codes only, subject to additional verification and terms.

🚫 Delivery Delay or Failed Delivery
* If delivery fails due to incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.
* Own Choice Enterprise shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

📸 Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive:
* A damaged product, or
* A wrong size or incorrect item,
