Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which orders placed on ownchoice.shop, operated by Own Choice Enterprise, may be cancelled.

1. Cancellation by Customer

1.1 Customers may request cancellation of an order within 1 (one) hour of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier.

1.2 Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

1.3 Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting us at ownchoicecs@gmail.com or +91 9429555962 / +91 9824886463, along with valid order details.

2. Cancellation by Own Choice Enterprise

2.1 Own Choice Enterprise reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

* Product unavailability

* Errors in pricing or product description

* Failure or rejection of payment authorization

* Suspicion of fraudulent, fake, or unauthorized transactions

* Incomplete or incorrect customer information

* Violation of our Terms & Conditions

2.2 In such cases, the customer shall be notified, and any payment received shall be refunded in accordance with this policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

3.1 Approved cancellations shall be refunded within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

3.2 Refunds (if approved) shall be processed only through the original payment method, such as bank transfer or registered UPI ID.

3.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available on this website. If COD is enabled in the future, refund terms for COD orders shall be governed by the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

4.1 Orders that have been shipped or are out for delivery are strictly non-cancellable.

4.2 Refusal to accept delivery shall not be treated as a valid cancellation request and will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4.3 If COD is enabled in the future, refusal of COD orders may result in restriction or blocking of COD services for the customer.

5. Amendments

Own Choice Enterprise reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
