🔁 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

* The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

* The return request is raised within 3 (three) days of delivery

* The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact

Returns that do not meet the above conditions shall be strictly rejected.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

* Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or customer handling

* Items purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers, unless received damaged or defective

* Size-related issues (customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before ordering)

* Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences

📨 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, customers must provide:

* Order ID

* Clear photos and/or unboxing video showing the issue

Return requests without valid proof may be rejected.

💰 Refund Policy

* Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be informed about approval or rejection.

* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

* Refunds shall be credited only to the original payment method, such as bank account or registered UPI ID.

* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping

* If the return is approved due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping shall be free of cost.

* In all other cases, return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

* Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available on this website.

* If COD is enabled in the future, refusal of COD orders, non-availability at delivery, or repeated misuse may result in no refund and restriction of COD service.

🚫 Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

If an order is returned due to:

* Incorrect or incomplete address

* Incorrect contact details

* Customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled with deductions for shipping, handling, and courier charges. Refunds (if any) shall be processed after deductions.
